With six years to go to Paris 2024, the passenger experience, for those traveling today in the city, is that of a poorly-connected patchwork.

Passengers, whether commuters or overseas tourists, live and experience their journey from end to end; whereas, for understandable reasons, players in the transport and tourism sectors only consider the passenger experience for parts of this trip: the bits they are responsible for and understand.

The consequences of this patchwork approach are a variable and unbalanced passenger experience; something that increases the likelihood of stress, frustration, delayed arrival, missed retail opportunities, a decision not to visit again, or just poor memories of the famous City of Light.

The #Paris2024 Olympics represent a golden opportunity for all the players involved to design a passenger experience that is thoroughly end-to-end.
