Solucom ranked 3rd out of 73 firms contending for 2016 GPTW® best-workplace recognition in the category of companies with over 500 employees.

Commenting on Solucom's success, Executive Director of the GPTW® Institute, Patrick Dumoulin declared, "Solucom is a fantastic entrepreneurial adventure, where well-being in the workplace has always been at the heart of corporate strategy”. This opinion is largely shared by the firm's staff, with around 90% of employees rating Solucom a good firm to work for.

After ascending directly into 5th position for its first-time participation in 2015, the fact Solucom has obtained the GPTW® stamp of approval two years running marks a new stage in the firm's HR practices continuous-improvement program. In a bid to ensure the fulfillment of all of its employees in the corporate project, Solucom is carrying out several major actions this year.

A notable example of these is the firm's Up2020 strategic plan in which employees are encouraged to take part. To widen the playing field and leverage the collective force of its employees in the firm's corporate strategy, Solucom has set up a series of brainstorming workshops for its employees in company offices, implemented a dedicated social network, installed suggestion boxes and initiated other measures to encourage employee communication (jam sessions, forums, chats, etc.).

In addition, to foster the notion of well-being and proximity of teams on a day-to-day basis, the firm has implemented AIR, an innovative office interior-design concept. The objective here is to take a major step forward in terms of corporate image, promote a new type of organization and create a more pleasant working environment. This "Test & Learn" project has been monitored on a constant basis by a dedicated team to optimize the deployment of the concept throughout all company sites.
